Dallas, Texas – April 15, 2026 – GEX Management, Inc. (OTC: GXXM) (“GEX” or the “Company”) today announced that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) has processed and published the Company’s previously approved 1-for-10,000 reverse stock split of its issued and outstanding common stock.

The reverse split was announced on FINRA’s Daily List on April 15, 2026 and is expected to become effective at the open of trading on April 16, 2026.

The Company’s trading symbol is expected to temporarily change from GXXM to GXXMD for a period of 20 trading days following the effective date.

Transfer Online, Inc., the Company’s transfer agent, will manage the exchange of shares in connection with the reverse split.
